I am looking for some new distance workouts. I like to swim between 3000-4000 yards a practice. I like working on distance swims doing ladders and such. Some of the workouts I have been doing are listed below, all freestyle. I guess I am just looking for something new. Anyone have any other suggestions??

Actually I'd call the above "middle distance", if you really want to be picky, but I guess it dependson your age and experience.
