Sprint fly is definitely out for me!
C,mon Elaine. You are twice the butterflier than I am. You can do ten sprints of butterfly and do it mucho prettier than me. You obviously have the fitness to do them without injury.. Give it a go! I am impressed that you do sprint days on all four strokes. That's awesome.
