Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train. We SDK off every wall. We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.   • I took up the challenge today for 1000yds fly, and here is what I did: - 500 fly (8:03), - guzzled some water and stretched out until the next top and - 500 fly (7:59) (I did mostly DPS fly, with a lap or two of take a stroke and dolphin kick to the other end) I have not done more than a 200 fly continuous in practice (or meet), so this was a best for me. I don't think it qualifies as meeting the challenge (due to the mini-break halfway through:blush:), but I am really excited about doing that much fly all at once. I was going to bag it at the 250, then figured I was halfway to 500. Then I had the time to keep going and decided to do just that, and ticked off 50's until I was done. :banana: Way to go, rx! You hung in there and didn't give up! Were you saying, "I hate Elaine. I hate Elaine. I hate Elaine.", as Peter was during his 1000? :D Give yourself a big :applaud: for soldiering on!
