Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train.
We SDK off every wall.
We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.
Fly's fun to sprint but no fun when the piano comes down

It was weird watching John's video and James' video back to back like that. Two very different approaches to fly... John's timing and knee bend seem okay to me but I'm curious to see what faster turnover looks like for John. Now then, am I correct in saying that the old James is back? According to James' blog he split his 200 11.66 seconds apart, 1:04.37 and 1:16.03. 2:20 is faster than I've gone in Masters but wow it looked like that 2nd 100 hurt bad. Yes folks, he's back!!! It's a Festivus miracle!
