By end January I will hopefully be able to sail through a 100m - but be looking forward to a 200m ( if that is possible?) - and not have a 200 fly race hanging over my head like the sword of damocles .....
Be careful...once you've done the 200 fly, you may find you have an inexplicable urge to swim a 400IM :afraid:
