Butterfly, beautiful to watch, difficult to train. We SDK off every wall. We're most likely to smack hands with each other and those beside us.   • A little modification to your work out. My goal was to keep all my fly at the same pace. . Next week 20 x 50 on 10-15 rest at 1,000fly pace. Warm up.. 700 ish with a little fly not much. 8 x 50 odd fly 15 seconds rest even perfect free moderate. Repeat 3 times 25 fly 10 sec 75 free15 sec 50 Fly 10 sec 50 free 15 sec 75 fly 10 sec 25 free 30 sec then do same in reverse order 3 times. Before you know it you have done 900 more fly. I noticed when I do this I can monitor the fly time and try to keep it even and when I start the reverse order it seems easier. Then do 4 x 100 odd fly Fly 20 seconds rest Free 30 seconds rest Fly 20 seconds rest Free 2 min rest (swim a very easy 50 ) 200 broken fly 10 seconds at each fifty. Two times 15 second rest. EZ Stretch everything out. 50 fly 50 back long kick off walls underwater 50 fly 50 *** Warm down
