  • So many questions, It didn't show the whole 50 yd, what were your times/50?

What are you working on, conditioning, pace, DPS?

    Why the gloves?

It is hard to see the the stroke due to being back and front only, but do you want stroke technique feed back?

It is, none the less an impressive set!

  • Thanks for the questions/comments, Allen. This was just a test video for my first forum post to see how it would display. Thus, not very sophisticated! I'm currently working on both conditioning and pace, especially trying to refine the stroke-kick sequence. I wear the gloves for increased resistance work and they also help to keep my hands from curling. I plan to post a better technique video in the near future, but, of course any feedback is greatly appreciated. Cheers, Ken
