Ice swimming in Lesotho

Just saw this for the first time, do not know how old the report is.The swim was August 2016. One note - Elaine Howley from the USMS national office, while not at this swim is a certified Ice Miler (not just 1K like in the story). Elaine’s swam her ice mile in December 2012 in Boston Harbor at 5C.
