Can anyone offer some suggestions for a ~30 minute ocean swim workout (idk, maybe in terms of intervals, speed work/build...whatever you might typically do while training in open water...do you do any drills/stroke work, etc?). I have searched but can only seem to find previous postings on open water training sets in the pool.
I'm going on vacation to Destin in a few weeks and want to continue swimming that week and thought it would be a nice change of pace. :)

30 minute open water workout
Enter water
Turn left 90 degrees
Swim parallel to shore for 15 minutes
Turn around
Swim back.
Don’t worry about intervals, speed work…whatever. Just swim.
