How much fluid will be lost (sweat)? Anyone want to hazard a guess?
I am thinking 3 pints? = 3 pound...
I plan to weigh myself prior to and after the race. Results should be interesting.

i have heard the pint in the english pub is getting smaller as we speak...
we should have a pint and drink... think on it.
True...the english pint is 20oz or 568ml. They tried to metricate it down to 500ml....very unpopular.
