Given air is 90 degrees
Distance 2 miles
Time swimming time around 50 min.
How much fluid will be lost (sweat)? Anyone want to hazard a guess?
I am thinking 3 pints? = 3 pound...
I plan to weigh myself prior to and after the race. Results should be interesting.

thanks bob :bow:... I can recall as a youngster how excited I was to get a pint of coke... with the bottle I imagine it was more than a pound easily but thinking of a pint itself it certainly seems less.
