was very curious about the best bridge swims in the United States... certainly we often romanticize bridges...
please answer the poll but speak to specifics... for example was the hosting organization great hosts? did the t-shirt rock? details related to the venue itself...
in addition, note the hosting organization of the swim... I imagine several groups have hosted a golden gate bridge swim over the years...
educate us too... are there bridge swims in the pacific northwest?

I signed up for Pensacola 10K after seeing your post. I have done Chesapeake Bay and like it very much but now I can add another of these to my list.
I am looking forward to this one as I have never been to the area. I will have to make the trip to Franco's and I'll join you on the beach for an Ultra after the finish.

user friendly for swimmers with or without kids... I am trying to run down the number for the inn itself and not the toll-free chain / reservation number. in recent swims, the inn has had a favorable rate less than the priceline / hotwire rates. will run you down closer to the swim.
