Ireland isn't on the list?
Though as noted on another thread, we have some great swims. (Sandycove, Inishboffin, Lough Sheelin, Clew Baay etc)...
I see that Fiji is in the lead. having swam there all I can say is that it is too hot for swimming very hard. We are talking bath water temperatures.
