this will be my first 10k and I want to know what others have done to train, my training right now is 2 swims a week each a 3miles, then 2 a week each time I swim 7miles. I also do some weight lifting to for the arms. The other question is the race said you need to have a feeder. So how should I train the person that is doing the feedings, Do the feeding stations get crowed? then is the best time to feed, during how many miles.If any one has any info to give me I would be so happy!

guess I didnt quite word that right I swim a total of 4xa week 2 of those are 3 miles and the other 2 in that same week are 7miles all in the same week is that enough? or should i throw in 5 swims.I do go home right away and ride on my bike trainer to mabe 2twice a week. Really want to get a little faster though so should I cut back some of my yards or keep it the same.?
