I swim open water often and now have a nose issue. The inside of my
nose swells from the cold water and I am stuffy for hours afterwards. Does anyone have experience with this? I am trying nose plugs but feel
as they are constricting. Any advice?

My swim friends will love me doing the Netti pot after we swim. Ha Ha. I do the neilmed sinus rinse. I appreciate the ragweed tip!
