Should be fun and offer me some cross training. I also wanted it so my brother can get some exercise and follow me around on competitions and practice swims. We have a family cabin on a local lake (Allatoona) so it only made sense for me to get one.

You'll love it. Kayaking is the closest you can come to swimming without actually getting submersed.
