Hi there,
I feel a bit embarrassed asking this but I have a bad timing issue with a 10-mile race coming up next weekend, unfortunately coinciding with, well, you know. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with a feminine hygiene issue during a race of this length.
I guess I just don't want my protection to, um, give out mid-race.
Anyone had this situation? Any suggestions?

I use the pill to change my "schedule" as I don't wanna be bleeding in the ocean. I wouldn't worry about Kingdom swim though cos it's a lake. It's a real pest though. If I'm doing a long swim in the ocean I try to plan a long way ahead.
