I feel a bit embarrassed asking this but I have a bad timing issue with a 10-mile race coming up next weekend, unfortunately coinciding with, well, you know. I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with a feminine hygiene issue during a race of this length.
I guess I just don't want my protection to, um, give out mid-race.
Anyone had this situation? Any suggestions?

Yup. It's the Kingdom Swim. It looks like it's going to be a great event. I'm excited and slightly nervous for the chilly temperatures!
Glad someone else will be in the same boat. Perhaps we need a stack of black towels at the swim finish...
