I'll be in San Diego for a few weeks and would like to swim the cove with a group. Does anyone on here know of any scheduled group swims?

  • I'd suggest reaching out to the contact folks at lajollacoveswimclub.org/. It's a spectacular place to swim. If you also want pool training, definitely check out the San Diego Masters team at UCSD (recreation.ucsd.edu/.../). Their pools are beautiful, the coach is legendary and they have a HUGE team meaning you'll find a lane with cheerful lanemates no matter what speed you are. The UCSD campus is 10 to 15 minute drive from downtown La Jolla.
