Woa! Noblesville, IN put on the BEST run OW I've ever attended. I can't think of one single issue that I had for the entire trip (other than I think I should have trained more). :rofl:I don't think I can blame anyone for that problem other than myself!
Wonderfully well run. Thank you so much to ***, Marcia, all the wonderful volunteers, my AMAZING kayakers Hank and Allie, and all the NASTi volunteers. It was a huge event to host and pull off - and it was done perfectly! Can't wait for a big brunch tomorrow with the team and competitors!
THANK YOU!!! I look forward to visiting again soon!
It was a great race, even for those of us who only did one lap instead of five.

There are two suggestions having to do with sighting (for the relay swimmers).
1) The lifeguard/police boats and the points of land helped, but bigger buoys would have been better. At the least, I'd suggest those silver mylar helium balloons tied to the buoys, would help water-level sighting.
2) One of the roving lifeguard kayaks had yellow oars. Station him on the side with the white buoys instead of the yellow side. :D
