Is anyone doing the Lake Montclair swim Sept. 9? I'm registered for the two mile swim (hoping just to finish; I have the distance but am verrry slooow).
It would be great to meet some of you there!

OK, I will look for you in your Yorktown shirt, and you can look for me in my Bonaire Ecoswim tshirt (it's white, with a logo).
It will be really fun to meet you. Don't worry about the pace. The Montclair race is really good because it is a small course and you do two laps for the one-mile and four laps for the two-mile. It is also very casual. If you want to change to the one-mile, I don't think there will be a problem. But this is a good race to try something new and/or challenging, in my opinion.
My hubby likes this race because he can see me the whole time. He will be there too, as well as my mother-in-law, and Swimmy of course.
Swimmy is doing the one-mile swim, and I am doing both, so we will try to find you. Good luck. Get lots of rest today and eat a good dinner, and you will be fine.
