Is anyone doing the Lake Montclair swim Sept. 9? I'm registered for the two mile swim (hoping just to finish; I have the distance but am verrry slooow).
It would be great to meet some of you there!

Hi Diana - I'm looking forward to meeting you and Swimmy. Let's see, I can try to make myself relatively noticeable by wearing my oversize Yorktown Freedom Run 5K T-shirt before and after the swim. And I will be the last one to finish the 2 mile swim, that is, provided I finish before the 90 minutes. Getting sort of nervous, since this will be my first 2 mile swim, and although I go 4 miles in the pool, I can't seem to get past a verrry slooow 40 minute mile pace. I probably should have entered the one mile event, but oh well...
Are you and Swimmy doing the one or two mile swims?
