Her straight arm recovery is not what we coach BUT you can not argue with the results !!!!!!

She used to have a much higher turnover. She looked like she was holding back, honestly. Maybe she was working on her breathing, or distance per stroke or something.

Her straight arm recovery is not what we coach BUT you can not argue with the results !!!!!! when it comes to swimming what the swimmer does UNDERwater matters way more than what the swimmer does above the water

BTW, here time from the master meet in the 800 would have been top 10 at the Santa Clara Grand Prix yesterday! Wow! And Janet swam alone in her heat.

For Moms everywhere I hope she does well! Endurance is where it's at for folks as they get older... I think she is in here sweet spot!
