I'm being told that she went a 4:23 this morning. A new National Masters record for sure, haven't checked for a WR.
... I used to think I was 'safe' from being 'chicked' by Masters women roughly near my age in the distance races, but I'll definitely have to start training even harder now.
I'll go with Kirk on the 4:10ish prediction as soon as she rests for a meet. I can't imagine she's rested.
