I'm new to masters workouts and need some help understanding the terminology and timing of drills. Are there any good resources for a newbie?

Thank you. There were only two people in class on Tuesday, and the other one left after 30 minutes, so I was able to get some one-on-one time with the coach. I have a book with drills in it, but I do not understand most of the drills. I'll keep your tip in mind about asking for help here and will start keeping a list of terms that I do not understand. A coach is a great resource. A 4 second inperson visual might take 30 minutes of typing and thought to explain. Drills are meant to correct a flaw, or focus attention on an aspect of the stroke. There is no need to worry about all the drills in your book right now, focusing on a few until you mastered them will be much more beneficial. Then add an new one when you are bored or need to focus on another area of your stroke. Welcome to the forums ;)
