I'm new to masters workouts and need some help understanding the terminology and timing of drills. Are there any good resources for a newbie?

Thank you. There were only two people in class on Tuesday, and the other one left after 30 minutes, so I was able to get some one-on-one time with the coach. I have a book with drills in it, but I do not understand most of the drills. I'll keep your tip in mind about asking for help here and will start keeping a list of terms that I do not understand. I don't know a general list of terms and their definitions, but if you want to post a list of terms that are unclear, someone here can define them for you. Best option for drills is a coach, second best is a fellow swimmer who swam competitively as a kid and finally youtube/videos. There are plenty of books that cover drills, but without having experienced the basics first hand, it is difficult to get much out of them. Feel free to ask questions about drills, people here can certainly answer questions about specific aspects of a drill and possibly help you find youtube videos of examples for your general questions.
