I'm new to masters workouts and need some help understanding the terminology and timing of drills. Are there any good resources for a newbie?

Thanks. These look like great resources. I misunderstood the first "ladder" I did in one of my classes and ended up swimming 7-50's instead of working up to 4-50's and then back down.
