What suit are you going to rock in your races? TIPS
One of the masters swimmers I train with went to Auburn,
this morning I asked him
"How do you get to Auburn?"
He said fly into Atlanta then drive 2 hours to Auburn.
He added if you do this, one thing you want to be aware of is
Atlanta is on Eastern Time & Auburn is on Central time
so when you drive from:
Atlanta to Auburn you subtract an hour &
Auburn to Atlanta you add an hour.

That must be done in the outdoor pool. This will ensure accuracy of the event.

Hey Ande! I'm definitely psyched! It's too soon for me to even think about tapering, so I am working hard in the pool and building up strength in drylands. Last week, I swam the most yards ever; 18,000 in 5 days (a LOT for me) and worked up to doing 20 military push ups in 45 seconds, as well as a couple of pull ups and chin ups. :bliss:I never thought I could ever do this with my post-op shoulder, but I wasn't even sore last week! But, my shoulders are stronger now than ever; I could never do a military push up in my pre-USMS days...
Ande, you will be missed at Nationals! It just won't be the same without you! :badday:

She has been hanging in my room ever since promising to swim faster this summer!
ALSO... got a new dive, been practicing and it feels great!
Not that anything will help me in the sprints next to The Fortress...
Happy I swim in the age of video-taping so I can watch her crush it!
