ARE you going?
What suit are you going to rock in your races? TIPS
One of the masters swimmers I train with went to Auburn,
this morning I asked him
"How do you get to Auburn?"
He said fly into Atlanta then drive 2 hours to Auburn.
He added if you do this, one thing you want to be aware of is
Atlanta is on Eastern Time & Auburn is on Central time
so when you drive from:
Atlanta to Auburn you subtract an hour &
Auburn to Atlanta you add an hour.
LOL, Fort is on there telling everyone how great masters swimming is, how wonderful the forums are and they show a shot from her Spectacular Collapse, Day 1 Nats post! Her excitement during the interview didn't seem to match the title of the blog post :D
I have been really impressed with the Nationals recaps from Auburn and Mesa, so whoever is putting those together, keep up the good work.
It is pretty ironic. Lol. At least my second day was better!
I completely forgot to say that what rocks about masters swimming is that we get to swim all the 50s!

I've watched a few of Allen's 200's since the late '80's, but that was the first time via video. Very interesting. He is, without question, getting more distance per stroke than when he was much younger, largely through a much better streamline. Proof positive that an old dog can teach himself new tricks!

I would say that 50's are the downside to masters :) Congrats on your day 2 preformance!
