THIS is the best way to workout on an Orlando vacation bar none. It's truly a fun experience and will make you feel part of a very cool OW swimming community. You will get everything from seniors to teens swimming this on a daily basis.
Plus you get a patch and literally get to write your name on Dr. Meisenheimer's wall. How cool is that? Each length of the lake is about 500 meters, I think, so you can figure out how many crossings you want to accomplish. I think that Lucky himself usually goes for two "laps" (2000K).
