I get tired of reading what I call silly posts. I would rather read about stroke technique, and east swim workout ideas. Being an older person I do not want to over work out. I would rather talk stroke, stroke, stroke. I do not want to die trying to be fast fast, fast.
To improve my BR kick, when I am at the gym I use the machine that you pull your knees/thighs inward till the pads touch. This seems to strengthen my BR kick. I do 2 X 20 @ 80 lbs.
