I get tired of reading what I call silly posts. I would rather read about stroke technique, and east swim workout ideas. Being an older person I do not want to over work out. I would rather talk stroke, stroke, stroke. I do not want to die trying to be fast fast, fast.

Allen my knees hurt all the time so I never do breaststroke kick. I am becoming my father, when I stand up it almost causes me to lunge accross the room. I don't mind doing arms only breaststroke as a warmup stroke
Sorry I missed this til now:yes.See my posts on drills in "the Breaststroke Lane" especially the 2" kick,ankle snap only kick,and eggbeater kick drills.From what I read in the thread about them the breaststroke fins may help.Also,there is no substitute for doing the kick regularly in workouts(just not so much that your knees hurt.)
