I get tired of reading what I call silly posts. I would rather read about stroke technique, and east swim workout ideas. Being an older person I do not want to over work out. I would rather talk stroke, stroke, stroke. I do not want to die trying to be fast fast, fast.
I'll start. Not that I'm willing to devote any time to changing it at the moment, but is it possible to improve one's breaststroke kick? And, if so, how? That's the weakest element of any of my strokes.
Sorry I missed this til now:yes.See my posts on drills in "the Breaststroke Lane" especially the 2" kick,ankle snap only kick,and eggbeater kick drills.From what I read in the thread about them the breaststroke fins may help.Also,there is no substitute for doing the kick regularly in workouts(just not so much that your knees hurt.)
