Looking to experienced swimmers for recommendations on effective swim paddles for daily workouts. Trying to identify something that while effective for stroke development will not cause undue strain to shoulders -- but still gets the job done on promoting appropriate resistance. If you've got a solid/trusted recommendation please share. Thanks in advance for your professional advice.

+1 TYR Catalyst
I had two sets of TYR Mentor paddles, blue, and I broke the right hand paddle of both sets. I pushed off the wall and the paddle collapsed on itself and broke in half. This happened to me twice. I then switched to TYR Catalyst, grey (XL), and they are thicker, more solid. I prefer these over the Mentors. The XL's are big like trashcan lids.
