The next Canadian Masters Swimming Championships will be held 5/20/2011 to 5/23/2011 in Montreal. I believe it will be SCM.
Unfortunately the Masters Swimming Canada site has very little information on the meet as yet. I would like to correspond with someone who knows more details, including venue, which events are on which dates, event order, etc.
Any ideas? Thanks!
How were those outside lanes? I heard there were *gasp* bare walls. :bolt:
Yes, they were actually bare walls. However, the sides had wide drain troughs and the water was about one inch below the level of the drain troughs (well a little less as the days went by), so it wasn't as bad as you might think. I lucked out and had every event in the middle somewhere. I did however have more of a problem with the tees at the end of the lane. There was only one end of the two pools that had the tee at about the right place. The moveable barrier had no tee on either side, and one end of the two pools was about 3 meters out. On the good side it was a deep pool all the way.
