I will set a personal record for the shortest cumulative distance raced in a meet at the Ron Johnson meet -- 300 total meters of racing (plus some relays) over 4 events. It's going to be fun!
I plan to be at SPMA(I say plan because I planned to be there last year but family stuff came up.)The NW Zone meet is in Utah:censor:.I have nothing against Utah but I am not going to fly to a meet to swim at altitude.
Colonies Zones doesn't have one this year. :(
Yeah, I'm really bummed. I swam it for the first time last year at Corona Park and had a blast. I guess the NY vs. NJ Duel in the pool will have to do.

For me its a drop in altitude. But my taper meet is a week later in Boise ID. A USAS meet. And Boise is even lower. :)
Ande, In your three week taper you posted a while back, you mention "FAST FRIDAYS" what is this?

I'm not going to Utah either. Just a few days before :turkey:, we've got an SCM meet in Oak Harbor. I've also been watching swimoregon.org to see if there's going to be a December SCM meet in Portland like there was last year.
