everybody is different
I suggest you go to practice or a meet
warm up well, rest 20 or 30 minutes then
swim a fast 1650 for time
have a counter & a timer getting splits & your final time
If my times on a set of 100s on 1:30 is 1:18 consistently, what should I expect to actually swim in a 1650? My best time thus far is a 21:56. Thanks!
