All parents go through something like this. I think I just need to write it down to stay on track and not get overwhelmed. I get up at 4:30am to go to work early. My wife gets the kids up and to school. I get out of work around 3pm (unless I get stuck in some issue). I go right to the pool from about 3:30pm to 4:30pm. My wife takes the little one to her practice at 6pm. I take the older one at 6:30pm for dryland and then swimming from 7-8pm.
This really is crazy.
