Which e-tailer offers reliably great customer service?

I'm growing tired of dealing with mickey-mouse etailers who randomly delay shipments and send the wrong items. Which online purveyor of swimming goods gets your vote for most consistently great customer service?
Kiefer, swimoutlet, and swim2000 have never given me any problems. I ordered a ton of stuff from swim2000 when I was in Iraq last year and could not have been happier. Actually, I've never had a *bad* experience with an online retailer, but of course YMMV.
