Which e-tailer offers reliably great customer service?

I'm growing tired of dealing with mickey-mouse etailers who randomly delay shipments and send the wrong items. Which online purveyor of swimming goods gets your vote for most consistently great customer service?
My purchases have all been through SwimOutlet.com and I was pleased with their service. I especially appreciated the online chat feature, so I could ask questions about the products I was considering. They also have a great selection.
SwimOutlet has been great - they even matched a $49 price that another vendor had on FS Pro suits. Never been dissapointed with their service and like Elaine mentions the on line chat is really helpful, and their selection and prices are better then most.
