... microfiber towel, nose clips, fins, paddles, inhaler, honey stinger energy chews, protein fusion or gluten free bars for post-workout, smart water, refresh eye drops, extra contacts ...
I had those honey stinger things last week after my basketball game on my way to practice... they just gurgled around in my stomach during practice and I felt ill the entire time. I still prefer hammer gel as of today when I'm going from workout #1 to workout #2 with no rest.

I have to ask before one of the men do -- 10-15 assorted hair products? Granted I'm not the best person to understand the answer because I only use shampoo and conditioner. I can imagine using maybe three others besides that. How do you get to 10-15?
Suitcase.
Right now, there's just a spare plasic bag, a couple of pens, shampoo, conditioner, comb, sunscreen, glasses case and numerous hair elastics. I need to increase the contents to include spare suits and goggles now I'm just using it for me and not loading it up with the kids stuff for the outdoor pools.
Couple of suits
Two pairs of goggles
One towel
Two caps
Shampoo & deoderant
One notebook and one pen (never know when you might need these)
Fins
Paddles
Spare change for the vending machines near the pool :D
My swim bags are clean because I empty them out after every swim. My kids' swim bags, though, are experiments in mold production -- half eaten sandwiches, suits that somehow never quite dry even in our dry Arizona climate, partial pairs of goggles, ripped caps and more. Of course, I'm sure as an age grouper, my bag was pristine. Kids! Why can't they be like we were, perfect in every way?
My swim bag is multipurposed for almost all physical activities. I dump it out, replace it with what I need for the gym. Then I come home, dump it out, replace it for what I need for my bike ride... etc...
Nothing that has no business being in a swim bag, but I certainly have no shortage of excess gear: I believe I have something like five swim caps; seven or eight suits; two water bottles; and four pairs of goggles. However, I use a single towel for an entire week, and by Saturday it's getting a little funky. Maybe I should keep an extra.
