I have seen guys using jammers mostly now. However, there were a good number of swimmers in briefs at Santa Clara. I'm leaning toward getting one for competition. I have square suits that I use for practice.
Does it matter what strokes I do?
Jammers are way better than briefs, they offer some compression.
Speedo PRO is a great choice.
