My recent wrist injury led me to think about this. During the freestyle and backstroke pull phase, how much should you bend the wrist of the pulling hand? Is it the less the better? How about not bent at all? Bending too much either way apparently invites injury as in my case.
I saw them at Austin in 2008 and thought they would be great, then I tried them for about a month and they are now sitting in my tub of swim toys and have been there since August 2008. Not a huge fan, maybe because the adult one is too small for me? I dunno but it just never clicked for me.
