YouTube- Michael Phelps - Protect This House. I WILL.
I think anything that positively promotes the sport of swimming is a good thing. But, I would have liked to have seen him swimming at some point in the video. Granted, you would have to have been born under a rock to not know who Michael Phelps is, but I felt the video was a bit disconnected from the sport he is training for.
