The peg thing is cool...but I immediately think "He has all of that money and he trains in that kind of place?!"

what do you think of YouTube- Michael Phelps - Protect This House. I WILL. I think anything that positively promotes the sport of swimming is a good thing. But, I would have liked to have seen him swimming at some point in the video. Granted, you would have to have been born under a rock to not know who Michael Phelps is, but I felt the video was a bit disconnected from the sport he is training for.

Looks like secret CrossFit training to me... No one at my CrossFit workouts will believe a swimmer trains like this! :) Have you told them that you are a swimmer yet?

I love it. Would be cool to see some H20 training but emphasis is on dryland work and the UA clothing worn during these workouts. Thanks Ande.

I didn't know that combat robots were now being used as gym equipment. The kids these days.

We used the peg board in college (1989-90) and did pull ups. Didn't use the sled thingy though. Maybe if I wore underarmour I woulda gone faster.
