I found a pool for the summer. my limit is 1- 1 1/2 hours on the pool per day . I do dryland 2-3 times a week and I want to swim 3 times a week. I want to improve my butterfly and freestyle before college. know any good workouts or sets i can do I can build up to before season starts. (btw this is D3)

Can you train with a masters group or will you be training solo?
I would look at the workouts section of the forums, most of the workouts there have a little bit of everything to work on your conditioning.
