My flutter kick and fly kick on my back are 5-10 seconds faster than my fly kick and flutter kick on my front. Does anyone know what is impeding my kick when I'm on my front?

My flutter kick and fly kick on my back are 5-10 seconds faster than my fly kick and flutter kick on my front. Does anyone know what is impeding my kick when I'm on my front?
Do you kick with a board? When you are on your back, you maybe using your upbeat and downbeat equally. When on your front, you maybe kicking in one direction with much effort
Also, on your back, you are likely to be in a better body position than when kicking on your front.
If you have video, it would be easier to see what is the difference for you.
