Is there one? If so I couldn't find it, but want to say thanks to Ande for the swim faster faster tips and the ask Ande advice, and to the rest of you for being here with lots of interesting tips and articles to read, and my parents, my sister and her dog.....sorry I digress....
But seriously, being able to read and post and get some good advice has really motivated me to get back in the pool this spring/summer and to enter the summer league meets with my daughter.
We had a great morning on Saturday, she won her backstroke, made the A qualifying time in her breaststroke, while I came in second - less than 1sec behind a 19yr old on my 100 free and did a very respectable 32.46 on 50fly. :banana:
The ab work, SDK work and lots of kicking has really helped and I've only been at it a few weeks.

Hey Ande, I'm joining the love-fest in thanking you (again!!!). I've thanked you a bunch of times and you know I'm a huge fan of yours, but I couldn't resist adding my :2cents: here. :D If I hadn't been in Alaska when this thread posted, I would have been the first to respond and agree!
Ande, sorry, again, about my loud mouth :cheerleader: cheering you on in the 200IM video I made of you at Nationals. I got so caught up cheering for you, I forgot it would end up on the video along with you. I guess that's the "Elaine-iaK" in me... :blush: :D

Well, it's nice to know my big (loud) mouth was appreciated! I'm sure those around me on deck by Lane 10 were ready to whack me! I should show your post to my brother. He used to call me "Motor Mouth" when I was a kid. :blah: I outgrew it (talking a lot), but I make up for it now on the forums! :D
