Is there one? If so I couldn't find it, but want to say thanks to Ande for the swim faster faster tips and the ask Ande advice, and to the rest of you for being here with lots of interesting tips and articles to read, and my parents, my sister and her dog.....sorry I digress.... But seriously, being able to read and post and get some good advice has really motivated me to get back in the pool this spring/summer and to enter the summer league meets with my daughter. We had a great morning on Saturday, she won her backstroke, made the A qualifying time in her breaststroke, while I came in second - less than 1sec behind a 19yr old on my 100 free and did a very respectable 32.46 on 50fly. The ab work, SDK work and lots of kicking has really helped and I've only been at it a few weeks. So thanks guys :applaud::applaud::applaud:

  • Hey NancyK, Start a project to work on your breakouts. Push off hard (most swimmers don't push off hard enough) Streamline skinny & tight (keep your head neutral, keep your head DOWN) Ride the Glide (for a moment) on my bk to br turn I touched with my left hand & flipped straight over here's a youtube of my 200 IM race YouTube- 2010 Masters SCY Nats 200 IM Men 45 to 49 1:58.20 NR Glad SFF inspires you you can swim faster faster. ande I really want to get my breakouts better and I've been swimming without fins alot more now to get more strength, like Ande suggested. On the 200 IM back to *** turn, Ande I saw you did a flip. Did you touch on your back or crossover and touch? I'm going to try the flip in workouts, but I think my open turn is faster right now. I agree, I'm inspired when I read SFF. Thank-you, Ande!
