Jim, what exactly did you do? That is pretty impressive. Short of depression induced by heartbreak, I don't know of any effective weight loss strategies.

Just do the 50 Cent diet. All liquids and 3 hours a day on the treadmill and you will lose 50 pounds. Of course, I think that he lost 50 lbs of muscle. :):)
Get back to your 3 hours marathons of tennis and that could help too.
The worst are people who eat like slobs and are built like Abercrombie models. Why can't I have that kind of metabolism. Why Why Why!
